Kick off our 2026 Homes Tour with a stellar soiree! This year’s VIP Preview Party offers the exclusive opportunity to boogie down at our first-ever featured home from the 1970s. Built into a steep hillside to create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living and take advantage of sweeping city skyline views, the striking mid-century architecture is further complemented by sculptural chandeliers and a groovy basement living room. Join us to delight in this thoughtfully designed Highland Park West residence and learn more about the enduring legacy of the original homeowners, the Dacy family.

This golden-hour gala will feature chef-crafted bites from Tivity Catering and uniquely Texas libations from Desert Door Distillery. We’ll also be spinning some righteous records, so feel free to add some 70s flair to your cocktail attire. Come toast the commencement of another wonderful Homes Tour!
