All aboard! Preservation Austin is pleased to present our 64th Annual Preservation Merit Awards Celebration. This signature event is our opportunity to honor the everyday Austinites dedicated to preserving our city’s heritage through diverse, innovative, and heartfelt efforts.
The 2024 Awards Ceremony takes place at Springdale Station, an eclectic eastside venue housed in a historic depot and railway building. Join us for drinks and local bites, and connect with industry leaders and community advocates as we toast another year of preservation excellence. This event is Preservation Austin’s biggest party of the year and we can’t wait to celebrate with live music, an inspiring video program, and plenty of revelry!
Since 1960, our Preservation Merit Awards Program has highlighted groundbreaking preservation efforts throughout the city. All proceeds from this event support our mission to empower Austinites to shape a more inclusive, resilient, and meaningful community culture through preservation.
Event Details
Come dressed to celebrate! This event will take place both inside the historic railway buildings and outside on the lovely Springdale Station lawn.
Biking, walking, and ridesharing are always encouraged. Information about parking can be found here.
